I started weekly sessions with Sara following an illness which had me stuck in a dizzy anxious cycle and barely able to leave the house, see friends and family or go to work. I had no experience with Therapy and wasn’t sure what to expect, Sara made me feel comfortable straight away and was very clear about what to expect. She has given me the tools to practice and start living my life again, I am now back at work almost full time and have started spending time with others. What drew me to Sara and the Reset Lite 4-week programme was how genuinely tailored the support could be — and that turned out to be exactly what I needed.
