I understand that life doesn’t always fit neatly into office hours. That’s why I hold aside a small number of evening and weekend appointments, designed for clients who need flexibility without compromising on the quality of care.

These sessions are intentionally limited, so I can offer the same depth of attention and focus I give during daytime therapy. By keeping my caseload selective, I ensure every client has a space that feels contained, consistent, and supportive.

Individual Therapy

Sometimes life feels heavy, complicated, or stuck — and a single short-term programme isn’t enough. Individual ongoing therapy gives you the space and time to explore your challenges in depth, while building the resilience and skills to make lasting change.

At ThriveMind Therapy, ongoing sessions are tailored around you. We can focus on:

  • Trauma recovery — creating safety, processing experiences gently, and reducing the impact of the past.

  • Anxiety & OCD — understanding what drives fear or compulsions and developing strategies that give you back control.

  • Depression & low mood — breaking cycles of withdrawal, rebuilding motivation, and reconnecting with meaning.

  • Relationships & self-worth — exploring patterns, strengthening boundaries, and developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Each 60-minute session is designed to be both supportive and practical. You’ll feel heard and understood, but you’ll also leave with tools and insights you can carry into everyday life. Ongoing therapy offers the flexibility to work at your pace — whether that means weekly sessions to create momentum or fortnightly sessions to allow space for reflection and practice.

The goal isn’t just relief in the moment, but real, sustainable change that helps you move forward with confidence.

Reset Packages

Sometimes you don’t want open-ended therapy — you want a focused, structured approach that creates noticeable change within weeks. That’s exactly what the Reset Packages are designed for.

Each package is a 8–10 week structured programme, tailored to a specific area of difficulty such as:

  • *NEW* ResetLite - A focused 4-session therapy package designed for when you don't need months of support - or aren't sure if therapy is right for you. At an incredible £45 per 50 minute session, it's also a more affordable option if longer packages feel out of reach right now. Together we'll look at what's keeping you stuck, introduce practical tools you can use straight away, and create a personalised plan to carry forward. Short, supportive and accessible - ResetLite helps you move forward without the overwhelm. Includes a printable workbook to support your progress between sessions.

  • Anxiety Reset – Break the cycle of worry, overthinking, and fear. Learn practical tools to calm your mind, manage triggers, and regain a sense of control.

  • Depression Reset – Overcome the stuckness of low mood, fatigue, and lack of motivation. Build routines, reconnect with values, and find energy again.

  • Trauma Reset – Focus on safety and regulation first, then gradually reduce the grip of past experiences, rebuilding confidence and resilience.

  • OCD Reset – Understand and disrupt the cycle of obsessions and compulsions, with strategies that give you space to live beyond OCD.

Each Reset Package includes:

I reserve a small number of accessible therapy spaces for those on lower incomes.
